Residents of Columbia, Missouri are eligible for assistance. St. Vincent de Paul Society assists the poor mainly with partial rent payments and utility expenses, but all requests are considered. Leave a message on the help line 573-424-1022 Monday or Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 am and a volunteer will return your call. Make sure your cell phone does not block calls with hidden numbers! SVDP also provides dinner on the 5th Monday of the month at Loaves and Fishes.
